We've got that new age printing tech so your clothes come out looking FIRE. High res printer that costs way more than your gaming laptop.

We're still not too sure what colour drawstring looks best. Right now we're vibing white but SURPRISE... you might get one with black instead. When you order our sick hoods, be prepared to get white OR black drawstrings. Who knows?

Keep your sh*t fresh. When your stuff gets stanky, machine wash with cold water and similar colours. Do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Gradient City products aren't sitting in some warehouse collecting dust. We make the sweatshirts as soon as you place your order! These crisp babies are created special, for YOU. This means that it may take us a day or two to craft your hoodie, slap on a label and send it your way.

With this in mind, our Express shipping times are within 5 - 10 days around Australia. In total you're looking at less than a two week wait for your splashes of colour.

Please be patient with us in the odd chance your items are delayed, the pandemic has made global and local shipping wonky.

Hey, sh*t happens. If something is wrong with your product, WE WILL FIX IT.

Don't worry, we got you covered. You have within 30 days of receiving your package to get a refund!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hoodies@gradientcity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
