Polyester products are NOT bio-degrable and they can take years to disappear once you throw them away. With this information, it would be really cool if you, our valued customers can keep life going within the products you purchase. By this we mean DONATE THAT SH*T, give it to your annoying younger cousin, cut it up and make it a dress. We don't care how you repurpose it but please think twice before throwing clothing in the garbage.

F*CK BRANDING. You heard us right. We are sick of being walking advertisments for big brands. Why should you rep some million dollar company's logo, just to give them free shoutouts. Enough is enough. Craft your own image, your own aesthetic, just be yourself. Gradient City products aren't sitting in some warehouse collecting dust. We make the sweatshirts as soon as you place your order! These crisp babies are created special, for YOU. This means that it may take us a day or two to craft your hoodie, slap on a label and send it your way.

With this in mind, our Express shipping times are within 5 - 10 days around Australia. In total you're looking at less than a two week wait for your splashes of colour.

Please be patient with us in the odd chance your items are delayed, the pandemic has made global and local shipping wonky.

Hey, sh*t happens. If something is wrong with your product, WE WILL FIX IT.

Don't worry, we got you covered. You have within 30 days of receiving your package to get a refund!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hoodies@gradientcity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
